The Experience
From the day you book, one team is already yours. You don't build a wedding here — you arrive, and you get to be in it.
WHAT WE TAKE OFF YOUR PLATE
THE ALL INCLUSIVE DIFFERENCE
Your wedding should feel like a gift, not a second job.
Most couples reach out to us already stressed. They’re juggling questions, figuring out budgets, and have a quiet fear that they'll spend their own wedding day working.
We built Sainte Terre to erase that. One team, one plan, one price — and a day you actually get to live.
Most couples hand us the whole thing - one team, every detail. But if you already have vendors you love, a limited number of dates are available venue-only, and the rhythm is the same: you bring your people, and we keep the background running smoothly - the grounds, the setup, the timeline, the thousand quiet things you shouldn't have to think about on your wedding day.
The day you sign, half your checklist is done.
ONE TEAM, ALREADY YOURSBooking the venue books your people — not strangers you stitch together, but a team that's worked side by side for years and knows exactly how your day should flow.

HOW PLANNING WORKSVision | Design | Menu + Bar | Final Details
We plan all the details, while still respecting your time.
From your vision for the day, to your color palette and florals. From catering and cocktails to signage and cake. We check all the boxes … while you sip a glass of champagne.
Why doesn’t everyone plan like this?
FROM OUR KITCHENYes, you actually eat.
And because planning should be a pleasure, all-inclusive couples get two passes to our annual Cake & Cocktails night — a date to taste the menu, the cake, and the cocktails together while you dream up your day.
Chef Holly cooks on-site not a catering company shipping in trays.
You've heard the horror stories: the bride who paid for beautiful food and never tasted a bite. Not here.
We sit you and your new spouse down at your sweetheart table for your first married meal, and we make sure you savor it, together. That moment is sacred to us.
